  • Formats: Barre 60, Barre 45, Gentle Barre

    Our foundational class offering - appropriate for all levels. Barre will strengthen and tone your entire body. We encourage modifications and individualized pacing so you can make alignment and positioning your priority for each exercise. First we align your body around a neutral spine; then we layer on movement to build strength and overall conditioning.

  • Formats: Cycle 45 Endurance, Cycle 30

    Ride to the beat, get your heart pumping, and have tons of fun while you burn calories and improve cardiovascular health! No two rides are the same. Our spin classes are the perfect complement to our Barre and Strength formats.

  • Our newest offering, Rise Strength is a 45-minute class. We use heavier weights to build Type 2 muscle fibers, which are responsible for overall strength and definition. By incorporating Strength into your Barre and Cycle routine, you are developing a stronger, healthier body, while improving bone density and increasing metabolic rate.

  • Formats: Cycle 40/20, Cycle + Strength Express

    There are two blended formats within Rise & Ride - 40/20 combines the body sculpting, core strengthening, and flexibility aspects of our Barre classes with the cardiovascular benefits of indoor cycling. Cycle + Strength Express is the incredibly effective combo of spin and traditional strength training. These classes deliver a balanced, full-body workout resulting in a high calorie burn.

  • Yoga Power Flow is a sequence of dynamic, longer-held postures intended to build strength, body control, and balance. Each class begins with intention-setting and breath work, and is designed to challenge and empower you as you grow in your practice.
